Contenders
Alabama
Auburn
UGA
LSU
FLORIDA

Over hyped
TEXAS A&M
TENNESSEE
SOUTH CAROLINA

Not a chance
Ole Miss
State
Kentucky
Vanderbilt
Missouri
Arkansas

My personal opinion, I think the west comes down to Auburn, Alabama & LSU. There will not be hostile environments this year and that should even the playing field.

East: Im going with UF

Does Auburn have a big win under Gus without home field advantage?

How does Auburn plan on winning the SEC after getting whipped by Kentucky? Bold strategy cotton.

UK has lost 2 out of its last 3 versus Auburn in basketball.

UK has 6 wins against AU in football.

Im not buying the hype with LSU this year. No Burrow, Brady, Aranda.

Equals loss(es)..

I wouldnt be surprised if LSU lost to a bottom dweller this year.

I don’t know what to expect this year for LSU. They lost a ton, but still have a ton of talent. I can see anywhere from 9-3 to 11-1, all depending on QB play and if the OL can gel

Not sure how I feel about you guys this year. Losing practically the whole d-line and secondary. You do return the linebackers and I think they are underrated.

Offensively, Bo Nix should improve and I think Seth Williams is a star. Williams is an improvement over Boobie Whitlow, I don’t see any game changers at receiver besides S. Williams and the oline is a question mark.

If I was in charge there would be a home field advantage. I’d be blasting via loudspeakers and video GATOR chants during our offensive series and a buttload of crowd noise during the defensive series. Strobe lights and occasional smoke and fireworks would also be applied.

If it is a 10 game SEC schedule, the east will be won by UGA. IF not an all-SEC schedule UF.

10 game SEC - West Auburn, Non-all-SEC Bama.

The only thing Auburn is contending for is for who Bob Stoops or Urban Meyer will be coaching for after Gus is fired.

Don’t laugh at Auburn being a contender. When you least expect them to contend, they end up contending.

No one reasonable is "hyping" LSU. Most expect them to not be as good as last season. Program is strong as frick though and recruiting is going amazing. LSU will make another run for all the marbles very soon, just most likely not in 2020.

LSU will win another National Championship long before most other SEC programs even sniff one.

LSU has the talent to win 6 games this year with zero coaches,11 players running around playing park ball.

Yep. Auburn is dangerous when there are no expectations. They come out of nowhere. When they have expectations they fall flat

West: Auburn, Alabama, LSU (In that order). Thankfully we all play each late in the year so we'll all be at full potential and really see what we got. If Myles Brennan finds it, I got LSU taking the west. Other wise it comes down to the Iron Bowl.

East: Comes down to Florida Georgia game.
