1. Mike Hamilton -- The AD who hired Kiffin and who claims to have known when it was happening that there was a good chance he might leave for USC if he was offered (according to him Kiffin had told him as much) yet did nothing whatsoever to prepare for that possibility, develop an exit strategy, have the university PR team readied in case of such a scenario or even begin feeling out possible replacements.

He followed up that amazing clusterfrick by hiring yet another son of a famous coach while insulting Kippy Brown by interviewing him for the position after he'd already hired Dooley (and that's not the half of it, he bypassed other coaches with a far better record and chance of success).

Furthermore, this AD ran our Men's Athletic Dept. into the ground (when Hart took over he consolidated the Men's and Women's Athletic Depts. into a single entity and he did that in part because men's AD had become completely dysfunctional and consolidation provided a way to make personnel and other changes. And while I disagree with the decision to consolidate them and think Hart screwed up in the way he handled it, I understand why he thought that was the path to make some changes that did need to be made).

2. Steve Spurrier at Florida. I didn't mind him at USCe, and even grew to like him at times (imo, falling on his face in the NFL was good for him), but he was an utter douchebag when he was at UF. That said, Spurrier leaving UF killed the rivalry that he and Fulmer built from scratch. It was always a rivalry of circumstance rather than tradition and it just hasn't been the same since and I don't think it ever will be.

Henderson is the only one I've legitimately hated.
