This is Arkansas. They'll somehow wind up with a better hire at least on paper than UT and Flawda

Auburn’s athletic department is disfunctional. Y’all don’t know if you even want him. If you want him then that’s good because he’s about to milk y’all for a nice raise.

Gus would be great at Arky.
I think Leach would be as well.
Gus would probably be a good recruiter and can get you points.
Leach would work with the lesser talent and get the most out of them.
Either would be good.

I know it won’t happen. But someone in the conference needs to hire Leach. Sportstalk With Bo Mattingly should be interesting on Monday.

Even with all that Auburn is simply on another level from Arkansas. Gus knows that at Auburn he can compete for championships with top shelf talent year after year. He can't do that at Arkansas. Ignore the truth all you want but Arkansas is a second tier SEC program. Always has been since 91, always will be. You know it, I know it, and Gus knows it.
(And for the record, I'm not really a Gus fan)
