Florida, Georgia, and Californa

Texas could be switched in there on any given year.

florida, texas, california have the most five star players when you look at the long term

louisiana, ohio, mississippi, georgia, and alabama are also pretty stacked

Doesn't Louisiana put the most players per capita into the league?

Texas, Florida and California. However, given their respective populations Georgia is a more impressive football state than California.
