As I've said for years that the state of Georgia is the redneck capitol of the world it would stand to reason the state with the most rednecks would have the most redneck fans of its college.
Therefore my answer is Georgia.
And for those saying Bama, Auburn, or Tennessee have the most redneck fans I've lived in both states. Neither can compare to the amount of degenerate rednecks that occupy Georgia. As such UGA has the most redneck fans easily due to that being a large part of the people that live in the state.

It is easily Tennessee by a mile. Have you guys ever been to the mountains of northeast Tennessee? Seriously . . . no contest when it comes to rednecks and hillbillies. The Miss. schools are 2nd/3rd. Bama (I can admit it)/Arky/AU/LSU are interchangeable 4th-7th. GA/SC fall after that.
A&M is a wildcard - it has Texans . . . who can be worse than rednecks at times. Maybe I'm just thinking of the western (Lubbock/Amarillo) side of Texas, I used to travel out there a bit, it's pretty bad.
