It's just too bad Miles isn't around anymore to try and hand Piggy the game post-Bama.

Jacking a coach from SMU, is that stealing from the poor & the rich at the same time..?

It certainly isn't UK. I merely expect us to win the east, not the conference as a whole

That matches what we did last year.

And from an outside perspective, many don't think Moorhead isan upgrade from Mullen. I think being able to hold par and or exceed expectations will be a challenge for him- hence the unrealistic expectations.

State followed by USCe. It’s weird around here with Arkansas, Tennessee and LSU fans not blowing up the board about how great they will be .

I get the hype around State though.
They return most of their team from a 9 win season and lost to 3 Top10 teams, plus their rival without their QB. They have a good schedule, too.
Florida, Auburn, and A&M all at home.

To me, USCe has a proven train wreck of a coach with less talent than 5 or 6 other SEC teams.

Do think we have some posters thinking we win 10 games.

I'm still not sold on that.

I know we have a new OC, I'm just going to wait and see

UGA lost 37 seniors. No way they can come close to duplicating the 2017 success.

7-5?? Name the losses besides Bama Auburn and uga

Because losing games like Troy and Mississippi State would be unheard of? I think we lose the 3 you mentioned as well as 1 or 2 more that we shouldn't

UGA will lose in Death Valley. You can book it. We live for ruining people’s seasons not named Bama haha we could be 8-5 and upsetting at least one team would make most of us happy.

ESPN's rating has you an underdog to Miami, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi St, & A&M. You're just a tiny favorite over Arkansas. But you should win easily vs SE LA, La Tech, Ole Miss, & Rice.

State posters just aren't very good at pre-seasons, tbh. Grinding? yes, very much. Trolling? Not so much.

Only 1 team in the West has exactly 0 QB on the roster who have played a significant snap of college football. Any expectations based on that have to be unrealistic

FPI is trash, unless it helps me to make a good point on the internet.

Probably UGA. It's literally NC or bust. It may not be that unrealistic in the terms that we have a talented team and return most of our key players on defense. But moreso in the fact that it's really difficult to win the NC and only one team can accomplish that feat. So, just by the odds we are more than likely not going to win the NC.

I would say Auburn because those expectations are based on Gus proving that giving him a new contract was a good thing. He doesn't get the luxury of an off year.

Probably South Carolina, followed by Mississippi State and Mizzou

I love how ALL Georgia fans parrot this line about how hard it is to win a natty.

Must have been hard to watch all the schools around you win 1 or more trophies over the decades while Georgia never took one home.
Even Mississippi State has achieved a No.1 ranking more recently than Georgia.

It got >67% correct last year and ranked 8th out of 65 computer models in predictions.

I think its also because this is the first time I can ever remember TN fans aren't really excited about this season.
