He was the hottest coach in the SEC last year until they played Texas and Miami. Now he's just the fattest coach with the fattest payroll sunken to calling an angry fan board a cesspool.

He's facing strike #2.
Strike #1 was hiring inexperienced OC and DC. That was a 100% unforced error.
Strike #2 is about to come if he doesn't do something immediately about the OC.

I disagree on strike #2. “Immediately” isn’t a viable option, which is part of the frustration. Any change would be made after the season.
I would add strike #2 if the backup QB does not get meaningful snaps this weekend.

I'll be surprised if Hart or Casuga ever see meaningful snaps. Any success by them makes Elko look like he doesn't know what he's doing.
