It is the one thing the fcs game in November is good for. Its a way to break your kids in.

I don't have any kids, but my first Bama game was against Ole Miss in 1992. I was almost 5.

A 33-9 victory over Syracuse in Neyland. It was 2001 and she was 6½ years old. I bought a program and all the usual game day things to save for her as mementos.
Her first bowl game was a loss to Maryland in the 2002 Peach Bowl.

Im 25 and thank God I don't have any kids, but the first LSU game my dad took me to was the Cotton Bowl forever ago when they played Texas. Marcus Randall was LSU's quarterback and I'm pretty sure he had like a 70+ yard td run in that game.
I look back and don't see how Texas wasn't in a BCS bowl game. They were absolutely stacked.

That's the way it should be. Take em so young they can't remember what their first game was. It's always been a part of their life.

My 18 month old spent some time at the Iron Bowl tailgate last year, but he won't go into a game until he's around 4, and that will be a lower-tier opponent.
Hopefully it will be an LSU game. Fighting the evil demons of the Bama football cult is about to get real. I have a backup coming in January if this one goes to the dark side.
Congrats on the baby, btw. And the sex. Best thing ever (both).

AU vs Arkansas State.
They had fun. They were 7 and 9. Did not want to leave until clock was at 0:00.
My son still loves going, but my daughter could care less about football.
