I'm 27..don't have kids, but I don't think I'll raise them as Gamecock fans for their sake. They can choose on their own.

2000 Peach Bowl. Daughter was 7. Until we checked into the Hyatt she thought the only LSU fans in the world were Mommy and Daddy. She was hooked looking around how the lobby was decorated and of course winning big in the second half didn't hurt.

Does your daughter go to UT now?

No. She wanted to stay local. Turned down some scholarship offers to stay near home.

She is now engaged to an Auburn fan who is poisoning her head. I may have to take action against him.

Not married and don't have kids, but my first UT game was against Duke in 2003. I don't remember it very well, but I remember us winning. Apparently that was a pretty ugly game. I also went to the season opener vs UAB in 05 (our first flop year) and we barely escaped with a win 17-10. Now I would be kind of pissed if that happened, but at that age (I was 8) I didn't have a clue about good games and bad games, just wins and losses, so I was excited like a kid on Christmas when UT got a late game sealing pick.

Took the oldest girl to the Houston game in 2009, and the youngest (almost 3) just went to her first game Saturday against Kentucky. The youngest was a little overwhelmed by the fireworks after each TD and the cowbells.

No date yet. They are in no rush.

I am glad. I want her to be sure. He treats loves her and is good to her, so I can live with the Auburn thing.

The first game my parents took me to was the 1987 Alabama/LSU game in Baton Rouge. We won, thwarting LSU's bid for a Sugar Bowl birth.

My birth would happen 5 months later.

My wife went to MIssissippi State and we are going to the Bama-State game in two weekends.
If we have a boy, and he ends up being a highly rated recruit, I want him to experience other colleges.
I wouldn't mind him playing for another school. When you are born and raised in Tuscaloosa, you get tired of football season a lot sometimes including from the rapid increase in the enrollment.
If my son is a great high school baseball player, then he's going to
LSU.

Daughter- 2007 State vs. UAB at age 6. We won 30-13 on Homecoming.

We took our oldest to the opener with USM last year. He was 3, about to turn 4. I guess you could also say we took the youngest to his first game that night too, since my wife was about 4 months pregnant at the time. The cool thing about that (at least to me) was that was the first game after the stadium renovation, so they did a panorama photo that night and it was taken facing our side of the field. Have it hanging upstairs.

We took the baby with us to the Northwestern State and Troy State games this year.

Took my first born to an Astros game in the Dome in 1994. Went extra innings, we lost.

Oldest went to '89 Sugar Bowl (1/1/90) and took he and his younger brother to the first SECCG. My daughter's first "game" was a NY Yankee playoff game.
