Chad Morris never wins more than 7 games in a regular season at Arkansas.

Or

Chad Morris takes Arkansas to at 9 win or more regular season within the next 5 seasons.

I hope he isn't worse than Bert. All I ask for is a respectable program. If he acts like Bert and doesn't take responsibility and fix his problems, then he needs to be shite canned sooner, rather than later.

I have been pretty supportive of the hire, but if he lays a goose egg in conf this year, he will have quite a few ppl against him. The schedule isn't really that difficult. If he needs to keep it simple this year, then that's what he needs to do. Ignorant mistakes will hurt him badly.

Not choosing and option, but I think he'll be somewhere between Petrino and Bielema.

Is that Man-Mountain guy they had at QB coming back? Or did he drink himself out of a gig.

Saw him last year, he may never be Andrew Luck, part II or something as far as the pros are concerned, but you literally cannot teach or develop size like that, and his feet aren't bad either.

Depending on how creative Morris actually is on offense, I think you could do some neat things with that kid.

Colin Klein/Tebow kinds of things, even if he doesn't have Tebow's stellar career.

I know Mullen could find a way to use him, that's for sure.

4 weaker OOC games
2 weaker East teams
Beat Ole Miss
go 2-3 vs. Bama, LSU, Auburn, A&M, State

Not saying it's super likely, but Arky should win 7 regular season games next year to be honest.

Yeah, at the minimum I expect a bowl game next year given the schedule. If we go 5-7 with some close losses and we improve during the season I could live with it. Anything below that and I’ll be pretty disappointed.

He wins 8 his first year if we get any kind of decent QB play.

Morris will pull a Nutt. He inherits a team that is vastly more talented than the average "Arky" fan can contemplate.

Next two years will be special. Then his incredible "Texas cruiting" will never happen like his cousin fricking fans expect and it will become mediocrity.... It will become a Kentucky or Missouri with an average to good offense with crap players.

And along the way he will Nutt himself three great raises... Hopefully we "lose" him to LSU or something in 2 years. Or even better ole miss. That would be Epic.

Oh... expect Jones to be the QB. Regardless of who is more talented.

Ole Chad can win as many games as possible, just as long as he loses to Mizzou each year.

This, as much as it pains me to say it, because it will be at the expense of Ole Miss. And it will probably happen more than once.

Up yours, pigs.

honestly, because i hate arkansas so much, and aggy always finds a way to aggy, i could see morris end up being great while jimbo sucks.

In fact, i see aggy chad beating a&m this year. Then we will have to suffer pig trolls, and perhaps worst of all...DrRC will troll the frick out of our own board.
However none of this is based on any sort of logical reasoning, but simply because i'm a negaggy.

In other words, Houston Nutt.

I don't know enough about Morris to make an educated guess. I like that he really focused on recruiting depth on defense in that first class. I know we'll never have a top 5 defense, but would be great to see us field a top 25 defense again.

If he can't coach the Pigs to the playoffs it's never going to happen for Arky and they may well disband the team.
