Knoxville 2011. Me and my best friend drove up from BR got in Friday ab 7 and started boozing at his sister's house right off campus. She went to UT and had 2 smoking hot roomates. Went out that night, the bars were legit and people were cool, did some free blow off the hood of a toyota corolla from some dude in a Davy Crockett hat, then hooked up with the sexy tennis player roomate.Woke up gameday morning and drove to meet his parents who were at their friend's mansion right on the Tennesee River. Omelets and bloody Mary's then headed out and tailgated. Easily the most laid back away game environment I've ever been in. Idk if its bc they knew they were going to get waxed but it was weird not having at least a few drunk idiots yell something. Prime time tickets in the student section, watched LSU give the vols the business until my friend was caught with vodka shooters and got the boot so I left with him. Watched the rest of the game at a bar then met up with his sister and her friends and blacked out again that night. Awesome town, no bullshite, barely paid for anything, we won handidly, I got laid. Easily greatest road game trip ever.

I'm hoping to finally go to Athens this year. I know that will be fun.

The LSU/Auburn game when they had the fire outside the stadium.
LSU/UGA, the game that Saban led us to a 44-13 (or something like that) skull fricking, that was an awesome trip right up until we got killed.
LSU/Oregon

One time I went to Gainesville and didn't get assaulted or spit on. That was pretty cool.

Easy. Alabama at LSU in 2010. Only Alabama fan with by best friend and about 25 of his family and friends. Grade A shite talking all weekend. The game(although Alabama lost) was awesome. I couldn't even see another Alabama fan from where I was sitting. By the end of the 1st quarter I had 3 different older ladies ask me if while they were up if they could buy me a beer(they don't serve alcohol). MOST people were great. One of the best weekends of my life

Lexington is my fav by far, LSU tends to play UK when Keeneland's three week fall race season is on. It's Augusta for thoroughbred racing. TVG is there, fab setting! Makes for a big league dual sporting event weekend. Bourbon tours, horse farms, UK Midnight Madness, UK's stadium easy to get around in and great views, etc..

For actual real football programs, fans, and towns, I've always liked TTown the most, then also enjoyed Athens main strip and Sanford's lil road backdrop.

Took my first trip to Athens this past season. That is the best game day experience I have been around....out of all the places I've been to. (Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Vanderbilt)

2008 Florida is a close second only because we won and I partied my arse off that night in Gainesville.

Well the only true road games I went to were this year and that was USC and AU. I guess AU since we won, but it wasn't much of a game and I had to leave that night instead of staying and partying.

2007/2012 Florida were more fun though. Nod goes to 2012 because I was intoxicated and in the student section.

Tie. The last time the Aggies traveled to Tiger Stadium 1884 and the game at T-Town this year.

Both Aggie wins.

I just need to visit South Carolina and the newbies to complete my SEC quest.

Went to Columbia in 2011. Pretty cool atmosphere and the stadium was rocking pretty good.

Great experience.

LSU Ole Miss 2003. Went with OM friends. Game in doubt until Eli tripped. Rebel tears were delicious. My son and I had a ball with their fans. Only met one a-hole!

Haven't been to too many but a few that stand out -

Not a Bama game, Nebraska @ Auburn - fun day, those fans wearing red pants travel well.

At Duke. There are a lot of Bama fans in this part of the world and they all showed up. Cool campus experience and different setting in that stadium. Bama didn't enter from a tunnel, they came walking from a path under the trees - funny and neat.

Emptying out the GaDome of orange Clemson fans in the 3rd Qtr. They really tought they were special that year, and then they realized Bowden was still HC. CJ Spiller returned a kick-off, that guy is haul azz fast.

Mainly when we win. Not so much when we lose.
