I would say for me the 2012 lsu loss vs Alabama. The 11 NC was just Alabama’s night and it’s hard to beat a good team twice

But 2012 we were hitting on all cylinders on offense and shutting down mccarron till the damn screen pass at the end. It was les miles fault for calling stupid trick plays and onside kicks when he did not need to.

If lsu would have won they would have steamrolled notre same. Les miles was never the same after that loss

Toughest or most irritating? Florida has had a lot of tough losses, but most of the time, it's just stupid irritating bullshite like that stupid Ole Miss game in 2008.

Toughest loss would be Nebraska. That sucked.

Both those bama loses were rough. Les miles first game was the hardest for me. Knew he was a moron from that night on.

2013/14 Florida State. Led most of the game only for us to choke it away

As a Florida fan, I was dismayed.

I know I know not SEC history, but Check out the 5th down vs. Colorado and the flea kicker vs Nebraska. Both awful and huge reason why many Mizzou fans feel we are cursed. Both were devastating at the time.

2010 Iron Bowl. Blowing a 24 point lead to $cam Newton an company sucked. That was worse than the kick six. Kick six overshadows what a great game 2013 was. I respect the 2013 Auburn team. 2010 not so much.

We could have cost Auburn the 2010 championship. Alabama typically doesn't choke. This felt like a choke.

2013: there's no guarantees we beat FSU. Or beat AU in OT--we were gassed at the end there. So 2010 sucks worse than 2013.

It is far tougher for a Kentucky fan to answer this than it is for a Bama fan to pick his favorite win.

The body of work is unmatched.

UGA 34 UK 17. Battle for the East Division championship in 2018. In Lexington. UGA didnkt have their best game and still clubbed the Cats. Showed how much work our program still needed to do.

Easily the 2010 BCS championship loss to BAMA..That was a killer watching Colt McCoy go out with the injury..

2nd place would be the last second loss to Texas Tech in 2009 that kept us out of the BCS Championship Game..

All losses are tough, but losing to Auburn is just a kick in the nuts. We know we'll hear about it for a year at work, church, school, grocery store, etc... So the toughest loss was by far the kick six. Auburn goes on the BCSNCG and then blows the SEC streak in them, and we get to watch the clips of it every year right before the Iron Bowl too. All in all, it was just a shite sandwich.

2001 Tennessee. Spurrier's best offense (when Earnest Graham was healthy). Couldn't stop their run game.

Had we won we would have played Miami with a healthy Graham. Would have been a hell of a game.

Not sure how Tennessee blew it vs LSU in the championship. We beat the living hell out of LSU that year.

1984...ranked No. 2 in the nation at 9-0-0 and No.1 Nebraska had just lost....and we were playing a 3-7-1 Navy team. We lost 38-21.

2012 Alabama. That game hurt. The stadium that night was the absolute best I’ve ever heard it. The fans weren’t mean, just loud. I think I screamed the entire night with only stopping for TV timeouts. Everyone did. And every time they asked us to get louder, we somehow found more and more and more.

The team played incredible football with met hooking up with OBJ and Jarvis FINALLY showing some semblance of a passing game. The defense was simply lights out. And then that fricking screen pass.

The next week Alabama loses to aTm and Johnny Manziel because they were so emotionally and physically spent. I was on my way home after the LSU game and the radio guy is interviewing Landry and he asks Landry what he thought about Alabama and he started saying how great they were and how hard fought the game was and how they were the best in the country and the host interrupts him with “You know they lost to aTm today right?”

You hear Landry take a long deep breath and then in a very pissed off tone go “Really? Are you serious?” When told he was Landry ended the interview. You could tell that he was PISSED.

I cant imagine being on the other end of that game

But, minus the ending, it was a great football game.

Pretty tough call between the 2012 SEC Championship, 2nd and 26, and the 2018 SEC Championship. All of those were painful in their own way.

1998 Tennessee. It meant more for Tennessee to get the win of course, but all we had to do was literally hold the ball and instead the Stoernover happened.
