This is certainly debatable. I tend to think Alabama fans have been doing quite a bit of whining since January.
I don't think there has really been that much whining since January, I think most of the things said are pretty rational observations. Bama wins that game with Williams and Metchie. Maybe just with Williams. They also should have developed the young guys more (you see what Brooks has been becoming with more work this year)... both can be true.
I will agree that Bama is easily a top 3 whiniest fanbase and wouldn't fight much about putting them at number 1. We have a bunch of entitled fans that have expectations even beyond just winning, it has to be a dominant win unless its against the toughest opponents. But its also good that we got to the point where that is the standard for some even if it is highly unrealistic.

Not an excuse, its borderline fact 
We played a game before, with Metchie for some of it and Williams for all of it. What happened?
Injuries happen, its not making up an excuse to say it probably goes differently if some guys were healthy, but they weren't so oh well.
Texas probably beats Bama with Ewers, Maybe by multiple scores.
Texas may have won if Colt McCoy didn't get hurt. Who knows.

Alabama - insecure ... sands of the hour glass are falling regardless of 70 year old Saban's recent extension and the fans know it. UA is one Mike Shula hire away from collapsing. the drums are already beating with all the angst towards Saban having O'Brien and whatever the DC's name is - on staff.
Georgia fans suffer from PTVD - Vince is still King of Athens and Kirby will have to win a few more CFPs for the old school dawgs to forget about the pain from 1989-2016. overall I suspect they believe Kirby is maximizing program's pedigree beyond any coach since Dooley.
imagine the behavior of Alabama fans having to watch tide football with Perkins & Curry and even Gene coaching if Bear would've still been alive casting a shadow...

The answer to this question is, has always been, and will always be Auburn. Their desire to be seen as "better" than Alabama and Georgia is pathological. Since they're always going to be standing in the shadow of those two schools from a football standpoint, they have to pretend like being an Auburn fan somehow makes them better people, you know, because the college football team you choose to cheer for isn't just a simple choice of team, it's some sort of morality test that only they have passed. Auburn fans love to talk about how different they are while literally being exactly the same as everyone else around them. They're the most self-loathing, insecure bunch of people on the planet.

Bama has had over a decade of dominance helped by seemingly favorable calls and the benefit of the doubt that other teams have not received. You make it to the playoffs every year, even when you don't play in your own conference championship, and then there is 9 months worth of weeping and gnashing of teeth when a team you've dominated for over 10 years finally fields a good team and is able to beat you on the biggest stage in college football. You don't get your 1,000th ring and instead of being good sports, you can't let a common part of the game (injuries) go, as if you believe no other team deserved to be on the same field as you because Bama is so much better than everyone else.
Let it go. Stop being so insecure.

My first thought was LSU. They are more worried about what other teams are doing than what their own team is doing. When was the last time an LSUcks fan actually started a thread about LSU football?
But, piggie fans are definitely the most insecure. Everytime they win a game, "They Are Back". Everytime they lose a game, it is four days of excuses as to how they gave the game away. I have never heard a piggie fan just say they were outplayed. Six games into the season, they are all crying "wait til next year".

IMO the problem with Georgia fans is that so many years they skated through a weak East talking themselves into believing they were a tough team that faced tough opponents, only to then get destroyed in the SECCG if not sooner.

As someone who can bring a fresh perspective (just over a decade as an SEC member), it's 100% LSU.
These dudes are 10000x more insecure than any other SEC fan base.

And yet with all the titles that Alabama has you start a thread like this, cry about injuries and do dozens of other things to try to get attention.
My vote is for Alabama.
You are so insecure you ask a question and then try to get people to say what you want them to say by offering the answer to your own question.
