Without a FLOWCHART, I cannot imagine the NCAA being able to follow the case.

The NCAA has all the phone records and they have found nothing.

Thy had to hire an outside agency that still found nothing lol.

This is a witch hunt.

Maybe for the players WW tried to pay but who signed elsewhere.

*Allegedly. Meaning zero proof. They did a cavity search on LSU and the players, their families, friends ect. they came up empty.

All they have is alleged payments. Nothing concrete.

Based on what Jordy said on the radio this morning, the NCAA also has interviewed those 11 recruits he allegedly paid that didn't end up at LSU. If they had uncovered anything in those interviews, one would imagine they wouldn't still be going with their vague "we have information" angle after two years with no NOA. I think those interviews coming up dry are what led to the cell phone request from Wade, records they've now had since January and not a word about what they uncovered.

Even Ole Miss received their first NOA in January of 2016 after receiving a Notice of Inquiry in the fall of 2015 (I believe this was shortly after Laremy Tunsil's stepdad started squealing to the NCAA after they got into a fight). They received their second NOA in February of 2017. They were punished in February of 2019.

LSU received a Notice of Inquiry in the fall of 2018. It's now almost September of 2020 and they still haven't received their first NOA. One would think if the NCAA had anything concrete they could use, they would have sent an NOA by now and would have a long time ago, before they had COVID as an excuse for a delay. I also find it odd and telling that so many programs involved in the FBI investigation have received NOAs but not LSU. Why?

Maybe death penalty for the BBall program?? Who cares? It was a fun little ride. At least they were entertaining for a few years.

UNC skated for egregious conduct, so if LSU I would not get too worried.

They've already talked to these 11 players. They found nothing which is why you haven't seen more information other than "they have information" I do think they've been getting the Ole Miss witch hunt treatment, though. They've been digging for 2 years over a quote from a yahoo article and they still haven;t found the smoking gun. Hopefully Wade didn't send anyone to stay with a booster at a duck club.

I remember when I thought the NCAA actually had to have proof...

Not yet. Everything is going to IARP and they are almost certain to approve the NOA. Foregone conclusion at this point. Only question is how much LSU is getting, and it won't be "just the tip."

Best get the lube out.

Never forget it was LSU basketball that set the record for the longest investigation in NCAA history. Also never forget what it took to final hit LSU with sanctions. The NCAA sunk as low as to persuade a former player to lie.

They might stoop to similar tactics.

Unlikely. There is zero, I repeat zero evidence of any payments. They have his phone records, they have interviewed players, former players and former recruits that signed elsewhere. They have nothing and are pissed about it.
