I'd say 4-8 would certainly get the heat started.

There is no way to confirm this:

The second he sits he would completely disappear into (under) the crowd

Realistically, Gustav would survive another 8-5 year. Anything worse and he gets R-U-N-N-O-F-T.

If you guys lose 4, you should show Gus the door. Your fan base will go nuts. Y’all are almost as rabid as us

At this point Aggies are just 100% committed to Jimbo being a great coach, right? He could average 7 wins a year over 10 years and not be on the hot seat

5-7 and Pruitt would be on the almost irredeemable hot seat. 6-6 would make him uncomfortable. Anything less than 8-4 will be a disappointment.

Gus won’t be fired for 8 win season and it will be too late to fire him after a potential bowl game loss.

Good news, you’ll have Gus around for a few more years. Think about the stability of the program that provides.

Yes it would and any other coach in the SEC. But I'm guessing that was tongue in cheek

Coach O bought himself at least 2-3 more years. We could go 2-10 this year and he would be back next year. It would take a trend in the wrong direction over consecutive seasons that would make people believe that Burrow and Brady saved Coach O.

Gus has been on the hot seat since the night of 5 qbs vs Clemson in 2016. It just proved to all of us that Gus cannot really innovate but instead overthinks things. The thought a twirl-action FB dive up the middle would work.

I know South Carolina has a rough schedule but don’t you think Muschamp would get fired for 6-6? Obviously it would depend on how that 6-6 looks but I’d strongly guess a .500 season would get him canned.

So 6 in a row is okay, but 7 is just too much?
