The ball was still in the air when when the player touched it.

Ball was going away from the rim. Not sure of the rule though.

Touching the ball while it is in the cylinder is offensive interference.

I don’t believe that is reviewable, however. Just the time.

That’s as close as it gets.

I think the rule regardless is stupid, because if your team can get the ball in the basket, who cares if you're inside the "cylinder"?

But, I thought the rule was if any part of the ball was in the cylinder it is offense goal tending

It didn’t really look close. It looked like clear offensive goaltending.

Can't be inside the cylinder. But it was, and they didn't call it.

Wah.

Shouldn't have been tied, if you deserved the #5 ranking.

How? Kentucky makes a living by doing tip-ins just like that. Always have. It's great they lost on one and call it goaltending.

Wasn't on the rim. Wasn't above the cylinder (has to be FULLY over the cylinder). Not goaltending.

Dickie V said it was outside the cylinder so that means it was outside the damn cylinder

Yea well your defender put his hand through the underside of the basket, which is defensive goaltending. That wasn't called either.

Maybe UK shouldn’t have shot 5-12 or some shite in FTs in the second half

I can't believe we didn't get screwed at Kentucky like we did at Alabama in football in 2009. If there are two entities the SEC protects, it's Alabama football and Kentucky basketball.
