What is so bad about cheating?

I can understand why losing is bad but I have no clue why people are down on cheating.

This. And it isn't just on cheating. It's kn ANYTHING that losers complain about
If people are complaining about something one team does if they were to switch places and be winning yet still doing the cheating/illegal thing then they wouldn't care.
It's all about winning. Majority of people won't admit to that though. I have no issues admitting to it. I'm a shithead. I wanna win at all cost.

So many people on tRant think it's just Auburn and Ole Miss that cheat when it's everyone. Everyone cheats. It's cheating against a broken system though: kids get money they worked hard for, and the boosters get to see their teams get better.

Exactly.. everyone, especially in this conference, cheats in some way. Show me a winning program, and I'll show you one that cheats. It's just an unwritten rule.

Kind of sad that it has come to this "kill or be killed" attitude about cheating. It works if you don't get caught. Getting caught can set your program back many years.
I'd ask what about character and honor, but it is apparent that those qualities are not a priority. I say if you are going to cheat...please do a good job. Just because everybody else does it....that's an excuse as old as Grandma's dentures!
