Sounds like your offense was on the field a lot yesterday. I wonder why that is.

I'm totally with it as far as knowing what the issues were in the game yesterday...but i kinda want my offense on the field a lot, in every game. It means they're scoring a lot of points and keeping the crap defense off of the field.

10 guys stacking the like, with another withing `15 yards... Utep's game plan was to absolutely stop the run and force the pass.

We were thankful for that. Got our Passing game down better and rested some stud runningbacks.

Lawdy, there some fools up in here!

What happened to your fan base?

Didn't you say that were going to show up? 61k in a 68k stadium. Terrible

UTEP underestimated our passing game.

When you have the best QB in the SEC, you use him.

When your QB isn't that good, you run the ball 64 times.

ESPN Stats & Info ?@ESPNStatsInfo
ARK’s Brandon Allen (14-of-18, 308 yds, 4 TD): 99.6 QBR, 4th-best one-game QBR by SEC player (15th-highest by ANY FBS QB) in last 10 seasons

UTEP was stacking the box. Enos said 'okay, then.'
So BA threw for 308 yards and 4 TD's.
Collins still ran for 120+.

They seem to run on the OOC teams last year with no problem. It will be interesting to see if they can improve the rushing attack and keep the passing attack working when conference play comes.

You would have a point if we hadn't switched OCs to one who actually coaches QBs

He was a weak spot because our OC last year was a tard and wouldn't work with the QBs. And he wouldn't call pass plays even when the defenders were cheating towards the line of scrimmage.

Appearently Enos is going to take what the opponent gives him.Seems pretty dang smart. It's better than that Jeckyl and Hyde crap Chaney brought.

I have no problem with what happened offensively in this game, and once folks back off the line, then we'll get our rushing yards...

Weak spot?

The former OC was the weak spot.

Enos has had to reteach footwork/progressions to the QBs while having to teach the WRs how to properly run routes.

With the same personnel, plays Chaney said wouldn't work with said personnel led to huge chunk plays and TDs yesterday, even if was against UTEP.

We already know our running game will work, there is no reason to ground and pound in games like this when you can instead work on areas that need improvement, which we saw improvement in these areas yesterday.

Having the best week (if he did) does not necessarily make him the best. I remember a certain aggie QB who had a great 1st game last season. We have a large sample of his past performances which tells me he is not the best in the SEC.

I could be wrong, time will tell. He did look very good from the small part I watched.

And Allowed 0 Sacks. I'm not positive but I don't think Allen even got touched.
