The only times Tennessee has really choked based off of potential was 2001 football, 2019 basketball, 2021 baseball. Those are really the only national championship caliber teams that flaked.

That’s very hard to believe considering they’ve only played 4 teams with a winning record and none of them were true road games. I get it, they didn’t play 2 ULMs and an Akron, but the last 7 games of their schedule was trash.
Exactly. I’m beginning to think the TV interest from LSU fans was more about sticking a middle finger to Tennessee fans than actually wanting him to coach. In the end, I think they made a good hire.

Who says the east has to play east and west has to play west. Keep 2 permanents and rotate 6, screw it. As a Tenn fan, I would not mind playing Ole Miss instead of Vandy, LSU instead of Mizzou, etc. Not beating either anyway, why not vary it up?
Just knowing there’s Tennessee baseball in June is enough for me.

I won 139.4-139.1 and was playing Elliot. So you can imagine what was going through my head the last 5 min of that game.
