What do you like and dislike most about the SEC Rant? Why do you post here?

for me:
1) I like the modern website design
2) I love every poster on this site (with exception to one particular poster).
3) I like that we can discuss sports while allowing room for entertaining posters to do their thing.
This is a special place. It's addicting not because sports discussion is addicting, but rather because fans from Missouri to Texas to South Carolina to Florida can talk a bit of trash to fans of historic college football programs without fear of admin reprisal as long as the trash talk is entertaining and innocent in intent.

I post here because I hate the sunshine pumpers and threads by grandma over at CT. People are too thin skinned over there. Over here it's open season.

Only post here to to troll, there's no meaningful sports talk here at all just shitposting by rival fans. It's mainly fun to just piss off aggies and the sisterfrickers

I like to talk college football or a semblance of discussion that's why I come here.
the constant look at me thread starters who can't do anything without some type of stupid attempt at sarcasm drive me away from this board specifically.
I post in threads that either I find interesting or I drive by and call out stupidity, or what I find to be stupid.
I rarely start threads but if I do it's generally a fact or general question type thing. I stopped trying to be cute about 15 years ago, it's too much work.

I post here because I miss the ESPN college football chat room from the 90s. Then the Tide Sports forum. We'll see how long before this one dies on me.

This board and the rant forums in general used to be a pretty cool place to talk sports but now every post/thread turns into a troll fest.

i am here to offer a public service. with all of the trolling going on many, if not most, of the posts contain inaccurate information, deceptive innuendos, misinformation and outright lies. I feel the calling to bring such verbal garbage to light and set the records straight. so many posters, especially most of the aggies, ole miss and arky's, construe opinions and represent them as fact. this service is to assist the fair, objective and open minded readers on here.

I like the trash talk aspect since pretty much all sec teams are represented on one board. If you're on point, the target rival schools posters will try to retaliate but the impartial fans will will back you up.
I dislike lazy trolling. The other day someone trolling A&M said we gave up 550 yards rushing per game. Our rushing defense sucked arse but blatantly wrong facts are annoying.
I dislike goal post moving/contradicting trash talk.
"Aggies have never won anything!"
"We won a title in 1939"
"Who cares about the WW2 era?"
"UT owns your arse"
"The series is even since 1980"
"What about all the games from the WW2 era?"
