Do not give non-championship SEC teams a mulligan. At least UGA won their division.
Congrats UGA, 1980 was still a good year but apparently 2021 is too.

That Bama offense wasn't very good without their WR1, WR2, RB1, and RB3 ?
Could LSU in '19 beat Bama without their WR1, WR2, and RB1 ? Nope. Can any team anywhere beat a good opponent down those players ?
Georgia didnt look good to me last night, and I dont know how anyone can argue that Bama doesn't smoke them without all the injuries. We saw the best team in Atlanta dominate uga.

2 best teams
It's not a difficult concept. You play the season. Decide which teams are best. And they go to the playoffs. We're not crying about having to play a team that deserved to be there.

If your wife had balls she would still be your cousin.

Yes, because that team was stacked with QB1. WR3 would have been WR1 on other teams. RB2 came in and helped us win a championship when RB1 was hurt.
No excuses, you lost.

Don't do this man. We had a lot of significant injuries, but that is football and sometimes that's the way it happens. I am all for hypotheticals, but that is for the Bama board. Call a spade a spade. We put the best we had out there and got beat. They are the champs, let them have that.

We learned that Georgia is finally at the big boys table. It was about time. They earned it.
We also learned that it’s another year without aggy at the big boys’ table, and that they’ll have to be constantly reminded that they aren’t allowed if Ole Piss has a more recent natty than them.

We learned that if you play for bama, specifically as a TE, you can run your route and shove the defender 5yds on his arse... catch a TD, spike the ball and get a no call.

Awwwwwwwwww
Big bad bama can only win with its one deep? Georgia doesn't even have a qb1.
We got another crybaby over here lol

I seem to recall a largely unknown freshman receiver who came in and ripped our hearts out in 2018. You act like your third and fourth stringers are a buncha scrubs who wouldn't be starting day one for 90% of the programs out there. They are your reloads and you know it. We went through our entire season down our best receiver (he wasn't fully ready to go in our first matchup, either), we played with a walk-on QB against the clear Heisman Trophy winner on the other side, and we have been down one of our biggest difference-makers on defense for more than half the season, too.
Losing guys throughout the season happens. The teams that find a way to win in spite of those losses go down in history. Suck it up, buttercup.

Same thing as pretty much every year.
He who wins in the trenches wins the title
He who wins in the trenches wins the title

WR3 would have been Terrance Marshal…so yeah…he could have stepped in and done just fine.
Some Bama fans have been classy after this L, most have disappeared, and then there’s the trash at the bottom of the dumpster…

This. So typical of officiating at gump games.
