So, Saban is "low character" because he took the job at Alabama. Same for Tuberville?

So you are an idiot. Did Saban leave LSU and go straight to Bama? Yes, Tubberville was a sleaze for doing the same thing.

If only there weren't multiple years elsewhere in between the 2.

Tuberville?

Similar to lane, but at least had the decency to wait until the season was completed.

It does. Your beef is not HOW Kiffin left, but that he left for LSU.

Name an SEC program who would’ve handled it differently than Ole Miss

The whole Kiffin situation probably could have been handled better than it was, but it was a tricky situation for everyone involved.

Nothing ! It’s just the vitriol by the media against Kiffin is much greater because of his history and nomadic coaching experience.

Most if those arguments are fine.

no real threat they were going to gut the roster on the way out.

I disagree with this, though.

JMU and Tulane rosters are more likely to be gutted than Ole Miss was.

Lane literally threatened to strip mine his employer if he couldn’t have his cake and eat it to. The others didn’t…

None. I just wanted to understand what Kiffin could have done differently.

It boils down to "not go to LSU" or "wait until the season was over." Got it. Given the circumstances, I don't think Kiffin could have done anything substantially differently once he made the decision that LSU was a better job.

Well, this just isn't true. We flipped the guys who would've been your fourth and sixth highest recruits in Barber and Anderson.

Go on campaigns to rehabilitate their image as scumbag human by doing a phony ESPN fakumentary, fake dog, lie about being run of the road as they ran out of town, try to hold those administrations hostage by going on this ridiculous prolonged drama queen let’s make it all about me instead of the team facade with signing an extension, lie about the team wanting him to still coach them and LSU at the same time… I can keep going for you denial plagued corny dog dipshits if the point hasn’t gotten through.

OP ignored these things that the other coaches did not do that DinduKiffin did do.

Sending his family down to visit Florida and LSU without even attempting to hide it while telling everyone he doesn’t talk about negotiations during the season is one small thing he could’ve changed. LSU jet picking them up from the front door while acting like it’s not happening was a bad look.

And ya'll do realize assistant coaches and players have free will, right, and Kiffin can't force anyone to follow him to LSU?
