Greatest moment is still gonna be Tennessee players coming out to give their best wishes to Lattimore when he got injured again. Such a bittersweet moment. Very classy sportsmanship from the Volunteers.
Now that's a moment. The players get it, it's the fans that are assholes.

Me rushing the field after we beat Bama and carrying a field goal post through the grove, down University avenue, and putting it up in the middle of the square.
Other than that, my two favorite football moments I've ever seen live;
1. Tebow speech after Ole Miss beat em in Gainesville
2. The kick six in the iron Bowl might have been the greatest thing I've seen in sports, even though I'm not a AU fan by any means.

Having two favorite teams, I don't have many favorite moments.
Both of mine would be with the Razorbacks and I have to go back a long time ago, when Lou Holtz was the coach.
1978 Orange Bowl win over Oklahoma by the score of 31-6, as an 18 point underdog.
1981 win against #1 Texas 41-11.

Even though the game was completely irrelevant, Johnny's comeback in the Chicken Bowl against Duke was awesome.

Yet somehow Nebraska made the title game without winning their conference or division.

How cute, a Colorado post...lol.
How about that Nebraska vs Colorado game in 1994? Well, just as a reminder -

Truthfully, it wasn't a "favorite" college football moment. However, it was a moment I will never forget. I remember it vividly to this day. I can even remember particular plays of that game. I used to always watch the Nebraska-CU game the Friday after Thanksgiving and they had some epic ones. CU mauled...steamrolled...demolished the Nebraska defense that day. Their running backs weren't even touched as they gashed the Nebraska defense up the guy. It was shocking.

"Lightning in a Bottle in Tuscaloosa" was pretty good.

Colorado has a more recent conference title than Nebraska does.

And this year an injured Bo returned the favor. nobody on the OM team kicked Dak in the head when he was down either. Ole Miss didn't have to use overtime to seal the win!Funny that Karma!
No cheap shots, paid refs, of flukes.....just one of the best Ole Miss teams to take the field and win!

I have all sorts of great memories in Bama football, many mentioned here already. Personally, my favorite was one that I shared with my father when he came to visit while we were living in Oxford. October 2, 1999. I will never forget that game or that night, and how much we enjoyed it as a father and son:
Alabama 40, Florida 39. Broke a 30 game home streak in the Swamp.

My 2 most exciting moments happened at the end of the year, with first year head coaches.
1. '78 Orange Bowl blowout of #2 Oklahoma, which kept the Sooners from winning the title. Arkansas had an argument for finishing #1 in probably the craziest finish to a college football season in modern history. It was Lou Holtz' first year at Arkansas.
2. '98 win over #1 Tennessee at Knoxville in Nutt's first year at Arkansas. Both teams entered the game undefeated and our remaining schedule was @MSU and LSU at home. Stoerner took a knee, we beat Tennessee again in the SECCG and won the national title. Oh, wait...
