How do you have small question marks at WR? You literally have the best WR corps in the country. You listed WR before DB? Huh?
He was talking about LSU

Yes LB. going from a crypto 4-3 to a true 3-4 without White means depth and certain types of role players at LB. I have questions about the jigsaw fit to the puzzle at LSU.

Wait but we ran a 3-4 last year.

It will be better. That said, it would be nearly impossible to get worse given their rankings the past 2 years.
Assuming we stay healthy, we will have more legit talent on the line than we've had in years and we finally have some size (Butch was in love with undersized linemen). Problem is two of them are true freshman and two others, Kennedy and Trey Smith, are coming off of injuries/health issues. Trey's been practicing but they're being very careful with him. I don't know if he'll actually get to play but from the reports it sounds as if he's heading towards it.

would probably put OU ahead of both.
Lost 4 starters iirc

Well... I would add some small question marks to RB, WR, LB
For LSU?
Our WR corps is top 3 in conference.
Our LBs are loaded.
Our DL Has more depth than its had in a few years with seniors all over the line.

2nd best in the country behind Georgia? I don’t know. I would probably put OU ahead of both.
Oklahoma lost 4 of their 5 starters. Ours still has quite a bit to prove before they are in any sort of national best conversation.

I know they lost their starters. It’s just been a while since they had an O-line I didn’t think was top 3 in the country. And that freshman they had last year is insane.

Yep. I follow LSU as closely as Alabama, maybe more-so.,I’m not particularly qualified to comment on facets of Alabama as any issues there are pretty esoteric every year... But most of us in Louisiana have been able to kibitz LSU issues the last 5-10 years. The holes have been easier to see. I think next year might be LSUs year though...

No it isn’t and when you post things like that it just causes people to ignore any other points you make.

Lost 2 (I think) starters from last year's OL, but return a lot of depth. We'll be decent but definitely won't overtake any elite DL's in the SEC. If our group can run block effectively, Scottie Phillips will rush for 1,000+ yards.

"Beat the man in front of them"...

I disagree about WR being a hole for us. I mean I guess they are unproven but Marshall was injured and when he came back looked great. Jefferson and Chase were really good for us last year. I think you are off the planet saying we have a problem at LB but if that’s your opinion it’s whatever. I think our biggest question marks are will York be ready to kick, our O-Line, and will our freshman RBs Ben ready.

Better than last year

Doubtful that Webb will be on the 2 deep at least at this point... I think what we're seeing play out in early camp is a priority of backups... Mays is the first guy in likely for any G/T spot, Salyer actually might be first in at Center and is making a strong case for RT backup duty as well...
No matter how it plays out though, the OL is deeper than the fricking Marianas Trench as far as a collegiate OL can be...

Alabama has a better WR corps than us and who else?
ETA: Are you looking up WR corps to claim are better than ours?

Thomas is a beast who’s replacing Gallard?
I'm one of the few dawg fans who have Center as a question mark for the team.
Trey Hill is the obvious starter.
5 star. Very talented. Blah blah blah.
He did well last season "for a freshman". But "for a freshman" is a long way from being a championship calibre center (2nd most important spot on the OL).
Quinnen Williams had his 2nd best game of the year lined up across from true frosh Hill. The Texas DL also had success over top of him (Hill did excellent against UMass and GT).
I hope he will be fine this season. But I'm not expecting a replication of Gaillard until Hill can show me what he can do against SCar and ND.

Florida and probably A&M. Georgia will have talent although young.
