This week was normal in the SEC. Every game is a slugfest and there are no easy games. Anyone can beat anyone. If anything this week showed that at least 10 SEC teams would go undefeated if they played in any other conference.

Florida is very unpredictable..we can look like a top 3 team one week, and look like a 4-8 team the next week...has been fricking wild never knowing which we get. Just hoping we get the former verse FSU this year...because frick the Noles and Norvell's bitch arse.

Let's break this down a little farther and take parity out of the equation. What if the rankings were bunk?

2. #8 BYU beat #2 Notre Dame at home. Once again…hot damn! It was an epic game between two Top 10 teams

Top 10 my happy arse! Neither of those teams had PLAYED a ranked team much less beat one and yet they commanded high Top 10 level ranking...

What we are seeing is NIL in action. Nobody has that talent depth anymore. I also believe we are seeing the cultivation of subpar star players. With all this NIL money they all getting "participation trophy" money and a lot of them are not worth it.

Tennessee ran it down our throats and made us like. That’s not overreaction, it’s the understanding that Kalen is not a fit for us.

No Reb. Y’all are considered top 3 in the conference this year. Don’t expect a pat on the back for stomping Mizzou. They’ll be plenty of time to pump y’all up with bigger wins down the road.

Welcome to the new world of NIL, where talent has been dispersed everywhere instead of being stockpiled by a few.

Tennessee didn’t beat Alabama. They totally dominated the game. Alabama fans need to be pissed not at the loss, but by how their offense was completely shut down. It wasn’t functional at all

You can be pissed, or you can try to identify what happened and why and look for improvements in those areas.

I think the one big thing we did was handled the environment poorly. Our guard was tapping the center to let him know to snap the ball because of the crowd noise. Which isn't uncommon, but it wasn't done well because it was very obvious.

He got his arse beat multiple times as a result. Both because he was lining up real close to the center so he could reach him, and also because the guy across from him could see it and somewhat time his launch. They should vary the time between the snap and the tap, but it seemed like multiple times the center just snapped in less than a second.

Multiple plays in key situations were blown up just because of that. We need some to call some plays under center on the road IMO.

And in that same area, the center was the backup and I saw he was given more double teams to help than the starter would have been.

Either way, that side of our O Line was getting worked all game long.

The QB made terrible decisions, often due to the pressure, other times just held the ball like Tennessee was dropping 11.

Daniel Hill for I don't know how many games in a row doesn't know which side of the QB to run on.

Tennessee did what it needed to do and the Alabama offense fricked itself at the same time. Ugly shite right there, but fixable.

Hopefully we can get a win out of A&M this weekend and use the bye to get healthy before LSU. Otherwise we're fricked if we come out @ LSU in the same way.

Georgia losing was a shocker to me

During the broadcast they must have said Georgia was mentally and physically exhausted from the Bama game 5 times

I thought that was weird considering UGA has had a terrible schedule thus far and Bama was the first somewhat good team they played. Isn't like they have played 3/4 ranked teams so far like a lot of other teams in the country

5. Unranked Auburn beat #1 Georgia on the road. This was the only true WTF? game of the whole weekend and the biggest upset of the season so far. However, this isn’t unprecedented as unranked teams have toppled top ranked teams in the past.

Georgia wasn't just "a ranked team." They were the number one team in the country and playing at home. The last time a number one lost at home to an unranked opponent was almost 20 years ago when our LSU friends lost at home to Darren McFadden and Arkansas. Number one teams were on a 93-game win streak against unranked opponents at home.

So no...It doesn't really "happen all the time."

There's been an upset of this caliber in the DSOR every 10 years, surprisingly going all the way back to 1986. So the day's events were already set in place long ago.

UGA tried their best, but the football gods ultimately won out
