It is on what appears to be the west side of campus. Across the street from Sorority row. The strip is just a block or two away.

I'm personally indifferent to the joke but I have always wondered why this joke has only ever pertained to Alabama and its fan base. Isn't this joke true for just about every fan base in the SEC not named Vanderbilt fans?

It's a very nice campus. I like the mix we have in the SEC.

1. Alabama wins more than any other SEC program.

2. As a result, Alabama has a larger fanbase than any other SEC program (possibly aside from Texas now), many of whom have no direct connection to the school.

Yeah, just accept the jokes.

You don't think the cow college jokes about Auburn really bother us Auburn alumni do you?

They don't.

LSU is like Stanford. My mom liked their campus. Most campuses are nice, it’s what’s around them that can be very different.

Yes if I’m not mistaken our campus and Stanford were designed by the same group. I have only visited 3 SEC campuses now (LSU, Auburn, Bama) and all 3 are totally different but great in their own way.

Is Bryant Denny stadium a pretty far drive from campus?

Bama's stadium is kind of positioned on campus if OU's stadium is where the Sarkey's building is at OU in terms of its position to campus corner and Bryant Denny to the Strip.

If you were going to position BD on the OU campus compared to the sororities are... the stadium would be where Stubbeman Village used to be and the now dorm now sits.

BD is in a great spot on Bama's campus .

It is also cattycornered from the Quad on campus which is one of the prettier spots in the SEC.

That spend all day on the "RANT" Some graduates just go to work, the game on Saturday and enjoy life.

Bama probably has the most "bandwagon fans" of any SEC team. Hopefully some will fall off. but i doubt it. They'll just whine more.

I visited Tuscaloosa last year. Barely recognized it and that's sad.

It's probably the closest stadium to the main area of campus in the SEC

Alabama’s campus was modeled after the University of Virginia

I wasn't sure. The OU campus is build around the football stadium so it's sits pretty much in the center of campus.
