I would bet you any amount of money that it doesn't. Not even close.

The Lane Kiffin phenomenon is a regional one consisting of two small southern states. The only place outside of Louisiana and Mississippi where it's a phenomenon is this god foresaken board.

For perspective, 5.8 million people watched Lane Kiffin's highly-anticipated debut, even though it was the only real game on television.

I dont think it will break it because it was a major brand in the north vs a major brand in the south. Big Ten vs SEC. But part of the reason why the Clemson LSU game didnt get better numbers is because of the two hour lightning delay and the game didn't start until 10:00 ET.
