Uhhh, what?? 63 people walked slowly down steps and on to the field.
Sankey should make the ref who stopped the clock on that last play pay the fine

Apparently they fined USC $100,000, and I’m guessing here, but I bet that USC had 10x the people rush the field. But we get fined $250,000 for a few folks going down a staircase.
