I am happy for Chicken making bank...he runs a hell of a good place here, deserves it and more power to him.

As far as Gloryhole Bill goes, one thing he cannot deny and neither can Chicken. Alabama has more Nattys than any other school in the SEC, and more conference titles too.

Alabama is THE flagship number one football program in the conference, and very likely the country. End of story.

Can we just go ahead and get this thread pinned?

We’ve won 3 national championships and played for two more since this thread was started. Imagine having a thread this large backfire so badly.

Let's hear the Alabama douches respond to this thread like they do others

Question: How many legit national championships does Alabama really have?

Answer: A helluva lot more than LSU will have totaled through your lifetime, your children's lifetimes, and your grandchildren's lifetimes.

There's your response from a Bama fan. That work for you?

I can't figure out which is more retarded - the OP for being one of the worst "gotcha!" attempts I've ever seen, or the multitude of LSU fans who have posted in this thread thinking that it hit the mark and celebrating Chicken for "putting Alabama in their place." Groupthink at its finest, I guess.

I mean, seriously. The OP basically says, "Hey, Alabama! Instead of just having more NCs than any other school like you claim, I came up with a method where you only have almost three times as many NCs as any other school! How do ya like them apples?" They're very tasty, thanks!

I enjoy how some millennials set themselves up as arbiters of how things should have been. The method of selecting national champs was developed, not by an NCAA committee, but various organizations that self-appointed themselves to select National Champions. It is the same today someone decides who plays for the right to be National Champion, there are too many teams to have a "everyone has to play each other to determine who is the best". You have to trust the credibility of the selection committee or discredit everyone.

Texas only has 2 national championships, 63 and 2005, according to Chicken.

The other 2 are bogus, according to Chicken.

That’s because Alabama keeps adding titles every other year that Chicken has to update. It’s hilarious. And glorious.

It's funny how so many people will use Alabama's claims to justify their own claims, but then they'll go so far as to claim titles Alabama would never claim.

In a few more years, Alabama will have the least amount of bogus claims(currently 1, 1941).

It's quite literally an advertisement for the dominance of Alabama Football. Sooner or later he's going to have to update the title of the thread to "but some are questionable."
