Does 2003 really count for LSU? If you're only counting #1 vs #2 before BCS, meaning relying on AP/Coaches, the 2003 game was actually between #2 and #3 (for both polls)

This thread has always been a pretty lame attempt to artificially knock down Alabama's history (at which it failed miserably) while also trying to artificially prop up LSU's (which was maybe a bit more successful but no one ever seemed to talk about it much). However, now that OU and Texas are here, it has become a master-level troll against the Sooners. Much fun discussion should ensue.
