I don't think it's a home run but not a terrible hire either. Hes won a lot at boise but never took them to the level that chris Peterson had them

He's leaving his alma mater for AU. I respect that. At least we know he really wants to be at AU.
Also he runs a pro style offense, which will be a refreshing change.
The only question is recruiting. He is not from the South and has no name recognition to attract recruits.
