I was in Athens last year for the Tennessee game and was BIG TIME underwhelmed by the over hyped tailgating, game day scene and especially the in stadium experience compared to Neyland.

Despite the high decibel readings on the screen, it wasn't that loud nor intimidating at all. Felt like the 7th inning stretch in a close braves game at truist park minus the convenient infastrsucture and layout of the battery ofcourse.

Guess what? Your own players agree:

Neyland #1

Why did your team proceed to shite the bed under the pressure then?

Not even gonna bother pointing out all the logical fallacies in this alter's post, but will just point out that tate ratledge grew up near the UT line in a family of UT people and grew up a Tennessee fan his whole life, so of course he's still going to have nice things to say about them. Eventually though, their family obviously made the right call for the best future of their entire family.

So how many false starts did your offense have and why?

You can’t expect fans to get up for a nobody like Tennessee.

Just because you took it out of your name doesn't change things.

You're still an enormous dick, Rick.

Having been to Neyland several times and Sanford once, I believe from my experience that Neyland is a much tougher environment and better gameday experience. Sanford is middle of the road IMO of all of the SEC stadiums that I have visited as a Gator fan. LSU is by far the most intense, UT second, followed by MSU due to the cowbells. Then probably Auburn, South Carolina, Alabama, TAM, Georgia, and the rest.
TWLOCP is intense when UF and UG are both good.

Thanks for a nice way to start the day!

A Vol fan who took the time (and $$$) to experience a disappointing game day scene to watch their team lose. That game just keeps delivering for Dawg fans. Glorious!

Y’all’s mission to act like your team didn’t shite its pants and have 8 procedure penalties is embarrassing.

Josh Heupel certainly disagrees with you

We don't pipe in noise like they do in neelin. The tailgating is spread out but not too far from the stadium. It's one of the best experiences in the country. And, I like going to neelin as well. You're just an ol bitter vile. Makes me smile.

Look: Father of Tate Ratledge removes Tennessee sticker from truck, replaces it with G logo

Ratledge comes from a big Tennessee family. As a player Tennessee might be a cool place to play but as a fan, the 16 inch butt widths on seats is terrible and sitting with your hands on your knees and doing some uncomfortably man touching with the person sitting beside you is pretty frigging awful.

The only reason why Neyland is 100K-plus is because they have narrower butt widths in their bleachers than everybody else.

I'm sure that was a real consolation to you that the stadium wasn't as loud as your stadium when the Dawgs mopped the floor with the Volunqueers. And uh, I would venture to say when we meet this season for our annual prison-raping of the little orange, the decibels of the crowd noise is not going to be much of a comfort to you then either.

Some of them admit this part.

It’s the offensive dominance uga had before the rain came that they can’t come to terms with.

Coach 30 said it didn't rain that 85 Tennessee players just pissed down their leg.

I'm guessing the 27-13 score that felt more like a 42-3 molestation probably had something to do with it too.

That underwhelming crowd absolutely owned your offensive line.
