This this this

He looked better than Nussmeier to be honest.

That’s a silly thing to say…..underwood played in an overmatched non-competitive game. Nussmeier played against a top 5 team in a hostile environment with numerous future NFL players trying to stop him.
Not even a logical comparison
In fairness the Vols lost a starting QB…..that was already on their roster…..to UCLA…..for less money.

Let that sink in
Every program in the country wanted Haulcy. Very…..dumb……take

In fairness…..how could anyone forget that name once they hear it?

You can be thankful for 2019 and then also pissed for his 2 year personal downward spiral that turned the program into a .500 win percentage dumpster fire with half a roster.

I think everyone would be more grateful if O’s 2019 victory lap didn’t include torches and gasoline
Although I agree….

He’s earning himself a future half-a-billion dollar contract
I’m sure the defensive coordinator that specializes in coaching the llinebacker position will have a grasp on who needs to be on the field
You may think differently if your kid had potential to make $150,000-$250,000 per year playing nCAA ball and then potentially tripling what he would’ve signed for out of high school 3 year later

No path is a bad path here.
Graded 9 by Perfect Game..

Which basically means potential to be elite
All that money didn’t even net them a meat judging natty, which historically they are great at. Lol
Sorry if this has already been mentioned.

According the ‘The Spun’, Texas 8&4 spent $49.2 million on men’s sports and $2.2 on women’s sports.

*sorry for not posting the link, I’m not very tech savvy.lol

Makes it that much more entertaining to hear Aggie fans talking about other schools “buying players”

re: Nate Yeskie is a boss

Yeskie is objectively one of the best and most accomplished NCAA pitching coaches in history.

Championships, all Americans, all conference, draft picks, national awards….

And dummies on here wanted him fired mid season

Where was he going to go if not back? What about roster limitations? What happens with some of these highs schoolers?

When Cowan is at his best, he can pitch with the best of them…..as evidenced by shuttting down what was widely considered the top offense in the country(Arkansas). He has a spot regardless of what else happens
Even the kids own parents said that Brian Kelly has no blame in that situation. Some of you people are so unbelievably insufferable I wonder how you get along in day to day life.
And no…..he was not on the hot seat at Notre Dame and he also isn’t on the hot seat at LSU. Grow up
Believe it or not…… Kids that are 6’5” 245lbs with 450’ homerun power that play an athletic and stout first base don’t grow on trees. The truth is you have no idea how his bat will develop now that baseball will be his sole focus. There are worse hitters than Jones who have come through the college ranks and made it to the bigs.

I’d selfishly love for Jones to return, but it ain’t happening. He’s a 2nd team all-American, 2x national champion, 3rd all time on LSU’s HR list. There’s just nothing left for him to accomplish unless he’s dead set on being LSU’s all time HR leader(which I highly doubt), and he’d lose all bargaining leverage as a Senior.

He’s gone
Honestly…..that “super fan” is a known entitled, attention whore that’s had issues with a lot of other people.

Sorry you lost your cool but that would probably piss me off as well
quote:

Ignore the chirping. Umps do it all the time.

Do tell how to ‘ignore the chirping’ when the coach is 7 steps out of the dugout and refusing to go back in after multiple warnings.

Also, according the rule book, it specifically states that a coach SHALL be ejected for arguing balls and strikes after warning. Not might. Not could. SHALL. Specific and direct wording. I’m sorry Coastal’s coach couldn’t keep his cool in one of the biggest games his program will ever play in.

On another note….i saw a graphic earlier that showed that CC’s team was awarded 225 strikes that were out of the strike zone this season due to the way their catcher frames the pitch. No hate on the catcher for that unique skill, but weird to get indignant about balls and strikes when you’ve been given ‘the call’ possibly more than any other team in the country.
