Don't even care about rankings right now. They're meaningless.

Wait until they expand it to 24 teams.

About one-third of the teams still standing will have three or four losses.

Depends.

If either team play a complete and dominating game then yes.

If it’s like the Texas Ohio St game then no.

Assuming it’s close, the winner will be 1 and loser will be 4

Who gives a shite? Mid season rankings are only mildly less useless than preseason rankings.

Wake me up in mid November when rankings are more meaningful to the outcome.

Winner should be number 1. Texas isn't the best team in the nation or the SEC. That will eventually correct itself.

I hope Alabama wins and only moves up a spot or 2.

LOLOL... Yeah, that target (on a program's back) early in a season does not help.

But True -- Should UGA or Bama move to #1? Absolutely.

Sure as hell won't be corrected by LSU though. But go ahead, live through those other 2 teams, good for you!!!

SEC has power teams playing each other. #8 BYU will play 2 ranked teams all year.

I was expecting a 9-3 ish season. I'm good where we are. Look forward to Texas playing in Death Valley. If Texas loses, should they drop at least 5 spots since you're sure they aren't beating us?

I’d take Ohio State over anyone right now on a neutral field.
I def would if they still had Chip Kelly instead of Arthur smith as OC

the fact that they lost to not a very good Texas team is a big red flag. i don't think they're title contenders

And what will that say if the Dawgs leave BDS with the W?

tOSU always looks better than they really are because they only play a few decent teams all season.
