The article I just read about this began, "The son of former Auburn Tigers assistant coach Trooper Taylor...."

That's pretty shitty.

A bit surprising. He was a smart kid - apparently had his bachelor’s and masters degrees before the start of his senior year.

Smart enough to think he could get away with poisoning a pregnant woman.

Jade and Blaise had known each other since High School. They were Prom dates.

Reading the obituary comments it seems that she had a positive impact on a lot of people.

It is a shame that Blaise never listened to all of Trooper’s long winded speeches about family and protecting your last name with good choices.

Sounds like Blaise just threw in the towel on the prospect of being a father.

From the article, it almost sounds like it was a pretty young fetus

She was 5 months pregnant.

Are you sure about that? Blaise went to Auburn high school in Alabama all four years. Jade went to Little Rock Central in Arkansas. I don't think Blaise ever lived in Arkansas until he went to college.

would guess that poisoning ONE person can't be too difficult to have fly under the radar. TWO under the same roof is not go

One was inside of the other.

So wait, he's been under investigation for a year and TAMU still hired him?

A&M never hired him. He was currently working for Utah State.

Interesting that it took them over a year to charge him with a double homicide. Something about this does not smell right.

Knew the victim in passing and am semi close with one of her family member’s. This was suspected immediately.

Why use a cap gun? A .45 would do a much more thorough job.
Because thorough isn't what is needed, if the allegations are true.

I wonder if he was trying to make her miscarry the baby but inadvertently killed her as well.

Either way he’s a murderer.
