I don't know about that. Our coaching staff took a walk on and made him a Heisman candidate? Theirs took the top rated QB and didn't win anything. No Heisman. No title. nothing. Seems like our coaching staff did a bit more with what they had. Especially considering we played for a National Championship and Fields never did. Seems our coaching staff did better all the way around.

Just remember it was a low 3 star rated safety that was to blame for OSU losing its last chance at a National Title when he took Marvin Harrison and sent him to the shadow realm. Our safetys are always beasts and we don't care what their star ratings are.
