Top SEC rushing defenses

With week 4 set to kickoff tonight, here is the SEC rushing D progress report for the first quarter. We are focusing on rushing D since we all know that the road to Atlanta starts with the front 7. There are too many teams so let's focus just on the Big 6 of run stuffers.
5. Georgia 60.7 YPG
18. LSU 80.3
21. A&M 83.7
30. Florida 93.7
35. Auburn 100.7
40. Ole Miss 106.3
To the bottom 8, don't get discouraged. You each must have had difficult schedules so far and probably racked up a loss or two. Many of the rushing yards probably came while the clock was being milked against you. Your schedule is sure to get easier from here. If you been winning with those atrocious defenses, then I urge to put some experience up front or else the losses will be coming soon.
To the Big 6, congratulations. To the Little 8, better luck next quarter.

Texas Power Run game generated yards against LSU. with 2 starting DLinemen out and two linebackers out, dont excpect LSU to have a great defense this year.

Very interesting. Also noticed that only 2 SEC teams have allowed 0 rushing touchdowns this season. Big 2.

Basically the top 6 defenses in the SEC - though Missouri is probably better than Ole Miss.

We are not as good as these rankings indicate. Take away our 15 or so sacks and that is a more accurate assessment. We have to get better in the trenches on both sides of the ball.

I don't know precisely but I do hear there are one or two. I'll do a more comprehensive analysis at midseason after week 7. We will see then if any of the slackers have caught up by then.

Why is everyone acting like Alabama being rocky on defense right now is some dirty secret?
