Personal LSU fan story. I was staying in New Orleans at a hotel. My car has no Alabama paraphernalia to indicate I'm an Alabama fan or any other sports team fan. The valet at the hotel saw my license plate and started saying with this heavy coonass accent "Alabama we don't like nobody from Alabama!" "I'm an LSU fan!".
I replied "I'm an Alabama fan but I like LSU too." This stunned him and he just stood there for a minute with a confused look and then he said "Welcome to the Roosevelt."

I call BS on #4. Buckeye fans are the rudest, most obnoxious, unfriendly fans I've ever been around with the exception of Georgia Tech fans who are by far the worst.
If you think the idiot Buckeye fans on this forum are bad, they are just a small sampling of the rest of the OSU cess/genepool.

That’s definitely true. This will probably anger some posters on here but we also have a significant portion of our older fans who act like they are superior because they went to UGA, ignoring the fact that the acceptance rate was 85% at the time rather than the 31% it is now

Indeed. I haven't been to a game in Lubbock since the '90s, but batteries and ice thrown at the visiting team was common. Lot's of chirping in the stands at visiting fans.
Maybe they are a bit more chill these days.
