Bo Nix has to be pretty high of current players. I don't hate him but I remember seeing him on the sidelines in 2019, and I could tell that most of his teammates didn't even like him.
Felipe Franks probably deserves a mention from his time at UF. Shushing your own crowd is not something you see everyday. Talking about how great you played while the rest of your team's fans want you benched also deserves points.

I don’t think Manziel was a douche, he just liked to party a hell of a lot. As near as I can tell, he was cordial and nice to just about everyone when he wasn’t competing, he just had a drug issue that eventually crushed him.
