Russillo actually started doing overnights. I don't even think they do that anymore. And was really good (for those of us working late and on the road during those days).

Cowherd
Torino/SVP/Russillo
Gottlieb.
To: absolutely nothing.

What’s really to stop him now? He plays LIV Spain and rolls right to Scottish Open. Are they going to penalize him for not playing Detroit and John Deere?

Valhalla, Quail, Pinehurst should set up well for him. But same could be said for 20-25 others.
And then there is just randomness at the Open.

I seem to recall the Honduran team playing a friendly at Tad Gormley or Pan Am in the run up to a World Cup or maybe Gold Cup. It's been a long time ago.
Possibly I could be remembering a club team that played here too.

I'm not sure where they would play in New Orleans, if the Saints don't allow it. The Saints basically control the Dome, and, while they don't control Yulman, it is Tom Benson Field at Yulman Stadium. That won't happen without the Saints agreement, much less all the conflicts Tulane would have with baseball, graduation, and NIMBY issues.

Oh goodness this coverage is going to be so awful.

The boys from Bel Air and Riv are lighting up their friends at LACC about their soft arse course. That’s got to be brutal.

Awesome. WTF is this tournament? If we win, do we get into something else?

Rickwood is a cool place. My great grandfather played there.
Terrible hood. And Bham really doesn’t need another baseball field.

My great uncle was a aviator in the Navy. He was killed in a plane crash in 1949.
Around 2003, my dad received a call from a genology researcher saying she represented a woman in Connecticut who had been given up for adoption by a navy nurse who was stationed at Norfolk about the same time my great uncle was also there. My grandfather has just recently passed away, so we were never able to ask if he knew anything about it.
This was well before 23-n-me testing was around, and other than confirming the basic details, we did not conclusively establish a connection. Never heard from the researcher again. Not sure if she had any family to further confirm, and my dad did not want to pursue it.

Seems like this should be Uptown, not -- I'm not even sure what you call that neighborhood. It's not really Mid-City, not downtown.
