Exactly. The only real outrage here is that Alabama has the temerity to be good in more than just football. The sum-total of everything I've read about that situation can be loosely translated as: "ZOMG, now they're good at basketball, too?" The real issue is that most of these frick-noggins don't have the stones to just come on out and say this.

Yes. I never hated those teams. I disliked Will Wade immensely though. He was always the issue.
The BAMA situation is different. It's not a case of a coach cheating and having the most punchable face in CBB but one of murder and the hate generated was produced by a team effort rather than one individual bad actor (Wade). 4 players involved and coach + AD completely mishandling things. That inaction makes Alabama basketball hateable as long as nothing is done.
Normally, that cloud would leave with Miller but IDK if it will because Alabama poured gasoline on a fire by telling everyone in America they were ok with 4 players being involved in a murder and that is 100 percent on the coach and university.
