They've really won every SEC title since 1964. That 1976 Kentucky title was retro-actively awarded due to making State not just vacate their wins from the 1976 season but actually forfeit all their games. SO Kentucky went 4-2 that season and then, thereafter, was awarded an additional win.

They have 13, they were very successful early on..40s-60s...now they are lacking for some reason.

Titles by school:
Alabama - 16
Georgia - 9
Florida - 8
Auburn - 7
LSU - 7
Tennessee - 4
Vacated - 1
Three seasons had co-champs (why the totals above are greater than the number of seasons):
1981 - Alabama/Georgia
1988 - Auburn/LSU
1989 - Alabama/Auburn/Tennessee
1984 was vacated.

This is actually downright incredible to me. Not only has it been almost 30 years since Tennessee last won the SEC, it has been almost 20 years since they last made an appearance in the SEC Championship Game.

Yeah I'm good with the 3 that I actually got to experience. You can have the ones from before '77 (or '67) in your case.

Wake me up when somebody besides Oklahoma has 50 conference titles.

Must have been nice competing in a conference for much of your history where only you and one other team were worth a shite.

I feel the same way about national titles - in that, growing up, I was alive for 2 but not old enough to really experience them. Then we won the one in 1992 and I was ecstatic, but never figured I'd get a chance to experience a run like my parents and grand parents saw.
Then Saban, and I went from being alive for 3 titles to being alive for 9.
