And thats to go back to where Bama was running things with 5 star recruits on 1st, 2nd, 3rd string and walk-ons.

Yep. And the entire country knows it. Bama knows it but will not admit it. They had an entire underground network of people who funneled money to the family members of players.

CFB is deader than the beer at a political rally. The 24 team playoff is the last dying gasp to shore up what has become an unsustainable amount of pressure on programs to convince donors to continue to fund a system where high school kids without a snap in CFB are paid millions of dollars to play football. 24 teams in the playoff will give programs another 4-5 years of scamming donors and then CFB is going to have to come up with more smoke and mirrors or its done. Anyone who thinks the current system is sustainable is just wrong.
