Pretty foolish article.
Everyone loves Corey and he’s great at his job but LSU had great DBs long before him and will continue to have great ones long after he’s gone.
CBK could have vetted Frank for a year and nothing about him pulling his dick out would have popped up.
Clearly the person who wrote this article doesn’t know much about the QBs on LSU’s roster.
Myles is talented but injury prone
Nuss is talented but extremely raw
Walker is talented but is coming off a leg injury and his father said it would be ideal if he redshirted.
Bringing in another QB with 20+ games of starting experience is pretty damn smart if you ask me.

I think it was a mistake to not keep Raymond however I also don't know what all went down behind the scenes.
I do know that many of the "culture problems" such as opting out at LSU seem to have an especially strong foothold in the cornerbacks room.
My point is that simply not keeping Raymond doesn't mean a head coach is going to fail, that would suggest that Raymond is the only reason LSU has been successful.

Coach who has been very successful everywhere he’s been (12+ win seasons at 4 different schools and 54-9 over the last 5 years) is going to a school that has won national titles with multiple subpar coaches. And yet somehow he’s going to fail?

Dumb as hell. Losing Raymond sucks, but it isn’t like Kelly didn’t want him. Raymond has been flirting with other schools for years now. Just so happens Florida was handing out titles like candy.
The frank Wilson bullet point is ridiculous. LSU had just gone through an extensive title 9 review and nothing came up. Why does that fall on Kelly?
Our 3 “SEC Caliber” quarterbacks are:
-A guy with more injuries than starts
-A redshirt freshman who showed some promise but was far from a top tier qb in this league. Also has been rumored to be a transfer candidate
-A true freshman who has never taken a snap before
