26th ranked class in 2023
95th ranked class in 2022 (to be fair he had just taken over as coach and didn’t have time to recruit).
Without Penix they would’ve been projected to finish 6-7th in the Big Ten this year behind:
Michigan
Ohio State
Oregon
USC
Penn State

You're comparing recruiting at Washington with a minimal NIL participation and weak talent pool to recruiting the southeast?

And yet went 14-1 and lost in the CFP Championship game? Wow. Imagine what he can do when he has the talent he will have at Alabama.
