The funny part is that none of them are acknowledging how embarrassing it is after they said this was their best team ever. All they are doing is getting angry that a bama fan is laughing about quotes on a public forum.

Based on the way the usual suspects lashed out this weekend, going into this weekend many of them really did think they were suddenly going to win 6 in a row and squeak into the NCAA tournament.
This weekend, and especially today when they didn’t just get swept but mercy ruled, it sank in. LSU has sunk to a mid tier or worse athletic program. Not even their crown jewel - baseball - is going to make the post season.
