The tackle the Auburn guy made on the 2 pt conversion was a thing of beauty.

Might have been my favorite play I saw all weekend. It was absolutely textbook.

Great to see an actual form tackle on display that saved the day!

I just knew it was touch down. I bet there is some good Baylor melt videos somewhere. But that was a great play.

What's even better is thats the same form tackle you're taught from the time you start playing the game. Fundamentals still matter even in this day of no-one wanting to actually hit AND lock up. Kid made a great play

Kind of reminded me of Don McNeal's stop in the 79 Sugar Bowl. It was as close as you can ever get and no arguing the Ref's call on it by anyone.

It had to be textbook.

As soon as that TE caught it anybody that saw the catch called ballgame in Baylor's favor.

If the pass had led the receiver it’s a touchdown

It was one of the best tackles for a goal line stand I've seen in a good long while.

2pt conversion.

But you are not wrong, however, DJ Lagway is their QB.

Oh, I saw that. The receiver was having to turn around with no momentum headed toward the end zone and the tackler had all of the leverage as he was running straight toward the receiver. Busted coverage. He was wide open. I guess the form was OK but nothing special. Would not have even been mentioned had it occurred at any other time during the game.

The spot where Lagway threw the ball is reason that tackle was even made. He fricked his receiver

You mean he should have gone for the tie and kicked a PAT? I thought it was ballsy. I like that kind of coaching. I don't know how warm his seat is. Don't keep up with such things.

Even got him in such a way he couldn't stretch the ball over the line.

Perfection.
