Looks like Tennessine's symbol will be TS..it stinks, since TN is still available.

Upvote but since these super-heavy elements aren't found in nature, why are they being called elements? At best they're concocted blends with the half-life of a Nick Saban smile.

Because the word "element" has a very specific definition, and these elements qualify. They're basic chemically irreducible substances, among other things. "Found in nature" isn't part of that definition.

That's a very good question. And I'm gonna try to answer truthfully. I do believe I thought it was a land of it's own smashed in somewhere between Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia.
