Drive? I thought you UT folks had money? What kind of peasants would drive from Austin to Atlanta?

I'm ok with this. As the geographic center of the conference moves west, it makes sense for the game to rotate a bit.

Nah.

I'm for adding an SEC Toilet Bowl game at Legion Field between the last place teams in each division.

10AM local, Jefferson-Pilot livery broken out for the SD only broadcast.

With skyrocketing gas prices it's going to cost us a fortune to drive to Atlanta every year to watch Arch.

That’s ok, y’all can cut off some of that driving distance when you get in the Birmingham bowl at 5-7

Didn't know that. Too bad it turned into a dump.

I won't disagree at all. Atlanta is also a hole, but it's not as bad as New Orleans imo. I will admit, I'm not a fan of many big cities.

Just FWIW, Manning only made second string all state this past season. In a low classification.Y'all are starting to sound more & more like your little brothers, the aggies, bragging before you've actually done shite. As one example, the aggies have won 4 Half Season National Championships, going 4-0 each championship season.

Texas will never play in the SEC title game with Arch on the team.

Premier league style. I like it. Loser gets demoted to the Sun Belt. Sun Belt winner takes their place.

Atlanta is one of the nicest major metropolis’ in the country. There are like 25 fortune 1000 companies headquartered there, behind only SF and NY. It has the most flight availability of any single airport in the US, has top 5 convention center and hotel capacity, has 3 major research university’s, it’s home of the CDC and the American Cancer Society, as well as like 6 major hospital systems. It’s got a billion dollar domed football stadium, 4 pro teams, the biggest tennis association outside of NY, Its hosts golf majors and the annual tour championship at Eastlake. It boasts 3 major interstates, and the only train/subway of scale in the south. In fact it is the transportation and distribution hub of the Southeast. Heck it’s the 3rd largest film production centers in the US behind NY & LA. There are more SEC alums in Atlanta than any other city in the country by a wide margin.

There’s a reason the SECC has been in ATL for 30 years with no talk of moving the game. And their shouldn’t be.

None of that impresses a man like me one bit. I grew up there, and you can have it.

Don’t texas play in that texas bowl every year, if eligible that is. Why punish the conference champs and their fans?

Nothing of significance should be in texas, they are irrelevant.

Cool troll though, stinky bait……

I’m still holding out hope that the powers that be come to their senses and cancel you from joining. We’ll take Okie and give back Aggie also.
