We’ve been over this ad nauseam, the officiating for both sides was pretty bad.

That hit was totally clean

Bamas players are impeccably coached and never commit any penalties. They’re just THAT disciplined

SEC officiating has been bad for a long time.

Yeah, but usually it’s mid at most, this was just missing some really blatant stuff. The clock crap before the half was the most head scratching, they ran off way too much time when it should have stopped, leaving us with 3 seconds left to score as opposed to 12. It didn’t end up mattering, but it very easily could have been a HUGE difference in a big game.

Hands to the face, wasn't called. You still trying to convince folks you won fair and square?

And that wasn't a pass interference in the endzone?

That bama player wasn't touched at all before the ball showed up

I've always wondered if they have to review film and stuff to correct missed calls. Should be a full time job.

Have a downvote.

You've intentionally posted dumb most of the day to get attention for some reason.

NFL refs do. I would not surprised if SEC refs don't do this at all.

That sure as shite isn't how most of the Bama people on this board have framed it.

If i have to read the phrase "cost us the game" one more frigging time.

If the QB wants the PF called, he should slide forward instead of lunging like GS did on that play.

We must not be reading all the same threads, then. It’s just same tired discussion over and over. But I genuinely believe the game was close enough and the officiating weird enough that UGA could have lost if 1 bad call was made against them. I don’t like when it feels the game hinges a little too much on that. There have been plenty of games where it’s close and the officiating isn’t cited because it isn’t that much of a factor. Or if a team is very clearly blowing another team out or something, nobody is going to fixate on a handful of calls because it doesn’t feel like it contributed to the outcome as much.

But without a doubt you feel the impact of no calls or bad calls in those big, close games, it’s the nature of it. If Bama had won, you cannot convince me UGA fans wouldn’t be going back through tape pointing out stuff that was missed. That’s just sports fandom for you, and it’s funny seeing some of yall try to play holier than thou about it.
